Next time we have a Macro challenge, can it be without Bugs, Flowers, Water Drops, Frogs or Full Face animal closeups? I know it's not the right time but in the not too distant future. It would be nice to see what people can possibly come up with when the obvious subjects have been removed from our choices.
Another suggestion.
Abstract Macro.
Puzzle Macro.
And
A true 1:1 or better Macro challenge, no closeups. Now that would be fun to see.

Another abstract macro would be fun. We had one a few years ago with Food.
Eta: actually I don't think the Abstract Food was an actual Macro Challenge by description. However alot of the images were taken in Macro fashion.

| Thirded. A true Macro challenge would really fit in with my recent lens purchasing... ;o) |
