I am going to go on a few assignments to photograph people outside. I will NOT have an assistant to help. So, I want to get a reflector kit. Here are two I am looking at:

//www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=223100&is=REG
//www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=283648&is=REG

Do any of you have experience with either of these? Pros / Cons? Do they both allow for precise positioning of the disc? The top one says it does. The bottom one may, but doesn't say. I want to try to purchase these this weekend, so any help would be appreciated!!!

PS. What size disc is good for 1 to 2 people. 42"? 30"?
