You know those people that stalk car manufactured to get the next year model spy shots. This guy got them, but also got beat up in the process and his lens busted:

The jacka** that was driving the VW should be fired and assault charges should be placed on him, either that or just a good old fashioned boot f***ing should do the trick as well.

Oh, if he wasn't on private property, the photog definitely has a case for an assault charge.
I did some spyshots of a semi-camoflaged vehicle at the Dunkin' Donuts right down the road here, and the guy was giving me all kinds of dirty looks.
It's like, "Dude, you pulled into a public restaurant with the thing......DUH!!!!"
What do they expect???

Iguess if you are a papparazzi which these guys are it goes with the territory, every job has its dangers and he shouldnt moan about being caught out tough.Take the risks take the winnings dont moan when you lose. got no sympathy with these guys

So....what you're saying is if you're out in public, you shoot someone, they get mad and beat the snot out of you, that's just the way it goes?

if they got mad when i shot them the first time, i think i'd just shoot 'em a couple more times - save the snot beating altogether... :)
