Lost and Found...Chopard Ad Campaign

Several years ago when living in the French countryside near Paris, I kept all of my film archives in the barn next to the house. Unfortunately most of those archives were lost. Recently, I was pleased to find that someone on the Fashion Spot blog found the published series from one of my Advertorials for Chopard and posted them there. I was totally blown. I also realized that I didn't have Photoshop at the time ;-)

I am pleased to be able to share them with you. They are from around 1986-87.

Always nice to discover something you thought you had lost, almost makes your year. I look forward to the rest of the series being posted on the blog.

The story associated with the loss is a bit of a drag. Was going through my divorce and...well...my ex decided to discard most of my stuff. She did ask, "what should I do with your stuff?" and without thinking about what that really meant, being that I was a total mess at the time, I said "Trash it!"

Hi Benjamin, I had a look at the latest update. Some great photography. Film is just so classic and you had to be spot on with just a few shots just to make ends meet. Digital of course makes life easier and cheaper but it often shows in the end result :P
