I have a couple of which I shot their wedding.. She wants to order multiple prints & all at various sizes... Awesome, love it !!! But, she has no computer... Yes, can you believe there are people out there that still DO NOT USE A COMPUTER.. LOL... So, she wants me to give her some type of order form.. I think it's a great idea and would love to do so.. I'm just curious if anyone else provides this & can you share an example.. I don't want to make it too complicated and I don't want to miss anything either.. I want it to be, just right !!! Let me know if you have any suggestions.. Not only are they ordering various prints, but they are also ordering multiple canvas' so I need to include that option as well..

Has she told you her entire order already? If so you could print the order from your computer and send it to her. If not, you could copy and paste the webpage where the order shows up and then print a copy of that and send it to her. let her fill in the quantities and mail it back to you.

No she hasn't... she has many images she wants to give me the image #, then the size and how many she wants in that size.. You have a great idea.. I found a "purchase order" in Word, and just sorta altered it a touch... but, I'll give both a look and see what's best.. Thanks so much !!

oh, kristin, i hate when this happens...uhg :(

anyways, i have had to deal with some customers who don't use the internet, and what i did was make a contact sheet with image IDs and then i used Word to make an order form. i put the prices at the top and then let them fill in the blanks: image ID, sizes wanted, and quantities. once i got it back, i put it through my shopping cart system so that i could get a total, then i'd call them up, tell them the amount, and get them to either send me a check or give me some credit card information. yes, this is all a PITA, but it works...

good luck!
