Is it legal?

I'm going to assume yes based on previous threads, but I would feel better if someone could confirm.

It's legal. The image below was a basic entry. Explanation in the notes.

It's legal as long as you don't make any selections when applying your color effect -- it must be applied uniformly to the entire picture.
