I'm wishy washy...I know! I've done a little bit of math....THE HORROR!!! It seems that I might be able to make it after all. My main problem was that I didnt have enough vacation days for all the trips I wanted to go on :P Anyhow, if you guys plan to still be in Reykjavik on the morning of the 4th I can meet you then. My flight would get in very late the night before. Depending when we'd be back in Reykjavik I'd have to take an afternoon flight out on the 10 or maybe an realy morning flight on the 11th. This is not set in stone as there is someone I need to consult with but I don't think he'll have any problems with that :P So....I suppose we need to start making solid plans because that IS high season and the longer we wait the harder it's gonna be to find accomodations, etc.
June
Edit: I guess price could be an issue. The flight is not expensive but I need a somewhat accurate ballpark figure for the land costs.

Hi all,
I'm just reminding that there is one week until departure.
I am a bit concerned, since I haven't heard from anybody but doctornick, and he is canceling.
If nobody is joining me, I am considering postponing the trip for a week or two, since it would suit me better personally. :)
Jón.

The Icelandic DPC'ers could probably help organize such a trip.

Hi do you have any advice , im coming (or going depending where u live) to Iceland for the third time and want to see a bit more than the highway one route(as great as that is !), im going in in jan/feb will it be possible to visit krafla area at that time of year?
I know this is a even stranger request but i want to camp, ( i realise it COLD lol but i love camping in the winter (i used to live in NZ) do u know any camping places open near myvatn, i would expect they all closed. When i went to iceland last the icelanders thought i was strange camping in winter lol, but hey ive watched your tv stations and nothing can describe strange as well as your comedy shows lol : )
ps im addicted to your tv channels !
