I want to try my hand at action photography such as stock car racing and rodeo's. ihave a canon dig. rebel.i need some info on flash and using my 75/300 zoom. my pics seem to be blurry and under exposed, any suggestions on what i should do.

Longer exposures and a tripod should help. Not stock car racing but a recent thread with road racing.
