I asked the SC for a ruling on whether this would be legal. The response i got back was that the SC was divided and couldn't decide unless the image was challenged. I decided not to enter it because i thought it would be savaged in the voting. But now that voting's over ... What do you think of this?

This was a preliminary edit, so the border's not as clean as I'd like but you get the idea.
