I have a Nikon N70 film camera, and I was wondering if anyone knew if the Nikon sb-800 flash will work with it. I don't want to have to rebuy equipment when I buy a digital SLR. Thanks for your help!

I've got it. It's a dream to work with. All functions work well, including the d-ttl.

Taken with the sb-800 aimed directly at the subject.

Oops. Edited to correct the misreading. You said NNNNNN70, not D70. The manual says that the N70 works, too.

Yup. That's the current flash of choice. Especially since Nikon hasn't released the SB-600 yet. :P

You said that the manual for the sb-800 says that the N70 works with it too? Thanks!
