What iso do you use in the studio?
I am always told keep it low as poss ?

I shoot 200 usually, just because in studio, I have full control over the lighting so there isn't really a need for a different ISO
I'm sure there are exceptions to this, as there are to everything. |

| I guess when you are using smaller flashes with less power you can increase your ISO so your flashes have a shorter cycle time. |

I don't think that iso50 is native on the 5d2 right?? I think 100 is the lowest of the non-extended ones, so I would use 100 unless 50 is a real iso on that body.

Correct. You have to set the ISO to L in order to get ISO 50.

ISO 100 in the studio. I go for about f/10.

100
But with todays new sensors shooting 200, 400 or even 800 is almost indistinguishable. I just sprained my brain with that word. lol
