Hey has anyone else on here run into a problem when trying to re-isntall photoshop CS4 on win 7?
Mine installed just fine until it tried to validate my key and it said it was invalid.

It was working fine on XP now it wont let me use it on Win 7
I was hoping to be able to use it on a 64bit OS.

Did you remember to de-activate it before upgrading? Adobe only allows 2 installs - if it's still registering as installed on your XP system, that might be why the key is showing as invalid.

Thanks. That seemed to do the trick. I wish the people at adobe would have told me that instead of saying I had a bad code. I purchased this thing new in box. And I explained to them I had it working on my xp OS. THey could have just said, oh you have to deactivate yours and install it then

Well im happy and back to normal again. :)
