So...flipping an image (not rotating) is allowed in Basic, right? |

Rotating is also allowed in both Basic and Advanced -- that's how you can straighten horizons or misaligned vertical elements.

I think he knew that. He wanted to distinguish "flipping" from rotating 180 degrees, is all...
