To me it's not an issue. I have yet to find a situation where there's enough noise to notice at 100% viewing or less. Certainly if you blow them way up you'll see it, but that's true of the dRebel too.

That's full crop, straight from the cam (your browser might re-size it to fit, but it's a full 3000x2000 image so you can get the detail. Look particularly at the reds, which is where noise always seems to show up first. ISO 200, shutter 1/160, F8.
