Such little weenies?

It's not that bad! Is it?

Why is requesting features to the manufacturer being a weenie?

I'm thinking the fact that Canon is so open to suggestions by their customers is why they have the superior product :)

Canon talked to 5000 photographers as they designed the new 7D. It seems to me that working with the consumer can only end in a better product.

Weenie, you say? Call up Nikon and ask for a "feature request," and let us know how that goes. If you're lucky, it will be as pleasant an experience as the Canon folk are reporting.

Not trying to offend anyone here, I wouldn't want to do that. Not my thing anyways.

But it's gotta say something when someone is willing to put all the time and effort to make a site/community that is dedicate to complain/ask for features/upgrades (they think) that a camera should of had in the fist place.

Or

It's just for those who just want too damn much in a sub $3000 camera body.

Or

It's a Insert brand here fanboy made as joke. <--- I just think it's that one

Well, back in the D2 days, we did ask for full frame and a better sensor. We did get it, plus a whole lot more.

Are you kidding me? Look at it from Canon's point of view.

This kind of thing is a product developers wet dream. Rather than spending time and money doing loads and loads of customer surveys, study groups and stuff, you have customers doing it for you.
