I'd like to see an invitational challenge for either those who have never won a ribbon like this one, or who have an average vote received score less than 5 (or similar).
I've seen a lot of discouraged posts lately, of which I can relate. Having a challenge like this can help focus on those of us who are not scoring well for one reason or another, and can hopefully get some helpful comments on our entries. |

That could leave in a lot of folks that can often score well and defeat the purpose. I agree with some way of being more encouraging. I remember a couple of years back, someone started a mentor program. I wonder if that petered out, or if that should be cranked up again. |

At that time I wished Robert as a mentor, but someone snagged him at the mention. If it happens again I will add 3 more names to my wish for a mentor, Deb, Steve, and Jan. |
