Alright so I took Ivofoto's advice and checked out Flash Palette. Money's tight so before I push the 'empty my wallet" button, I'd like other people opinions on the site.

Specifically under "family" there's a third gallery- it is a repeat of my "Tots & Tykes" gallery but I combined the verticals into coupled photographs to fill the space more. I'm not sure about this move. Some seem to work... some don't. Not sure If I should put the work into doing this for the other galleries. -Maybe only do it for photos that are related and compliment each other?
Any comments, suggestions, complaints would be appreciated.

I LOVE your photos... and the site looks good... BUT... I HATE flash sites. Sorry :(
But as far as flash sites go, this wasn't too bad navigation wise and loading time was okay too. |

I, too, love your style! Very nice work. :)
One thing I didn't like was that there were SO many options...lots of links to click! If I have too many options, I've forgotten what I've looked at and what it was by the time I've clicked several times. Maybe that's a personal problem though. lol Maybe combine the subcategories (i.e., people & pets)? Also, having to click "stories" under "stories" is a little much...
I also personally don't like music on sites...it's just an extra step for me to reach over and turn off my volume. :)
The shopping cart works nicely...it seems very easy to use and keep track of totals, etc. I do like that.
Lovely, lovely site in general.
I typically don't like flash sites in general, though because I surf the web a LOT on my iPhone (as do many people)...and flash sites don't work at all. Phooey! :) |
