Don't feel bad... I really dug my image and although it's now up to a whopping 5.1 and change, it's certainly not the crowd favorite or at least, "a small click" favorite I was hoping for.. I'm not into the literal X on the images so I won't vote, but it appears that's what the voters were looking for... Which is totally cool, just not my cup of tea... Definately some beautiful shots in there... Off to the next one.. |

Aww I felt really good about this image, I was expecting to be in the high 5-low 6 range with this. I wish more people would comment and tell me what I could improve on, or what is lacking in the image. |

There are some really beautiful images in this bunch for sure. While I couldn't vote, I think I got the top 5 for sure. |

Use a spreadsheet. You can find one linked on  Hawkeyelonewolf's profile page.
Only one comment from  Neophyte who appeared to like it. Nobody explaining their sub 5 votes. I'm left to assume:
a)boring
and/or
b)too small or subtle an x, in spite being in a prominent location

| Do you think it is possible that a title could negatively effect a score? My title is really bad, due to brain overload with school work, and I think my score may be being voted lower because of that. It could be something else as well, but I'm just wondering if any believes that could be a potential cause. I sometimes vote up a picture if the title is clever, but normally I just rate the picture as is. |

I think there may be a couple of people that vote down because of a title, but I'm guessing that they're few and far between. I think people realize that the title really doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the photograph. I definitely have voted up a photo because of a clever title that made me appreciate the photo a little more, but I've never voted down because of one. |
