OK heres the deal.....I'm broke.....I have a Digital Rebel and an 18-55mm now. I just ordered a Canon EF 75-300mm. No USM no IS. Just regular.
Why? Because Im broke
.
It cost me just $140 (i assume thats a decent deal). Anyway, I care about quality..but I also care about my bank balance. I don't want to spend over $200. I HAVE TO HAVE a 300mm zoom/prime MINIMUM for bird photography. My question....
SHOULD I SELL MY 75-300mm and get other lenses like Sigma 75-300 etc? Is Canon the best for this price range?
PS: Don't introduce "L" series or anything over $200. Thanks.

I love my 75-300mm. Very versatile for the things I like to shoot, such as sports and people. I can take shots of people and actually get candids as opposed to silly poses or people hiding from the camera.
I say keep it and use it and then decide if you like it. |
