Welcome, Nachiket!
These are good photographs. Thanks for sharing.
I see you have a Nikon D80 (but I won't hold that against you) <just joking!>
I also see that you use Photoshop CS3 and you use manual exposure for two of your Yosemite images. Despite my username, I use manual exposure 95% of the time. Your sun images look very nice, too.
Are you entered in any of the current challenges?
Good luck here and, most of all, have fun!

Tip:
To embed and link a thumbnail of one of your DPC images, simply visit your main image page and take note of the image number (shown in your browser's URL or address line). Take that number and enclose it within [thumb] tags.
Take your sunset in Miami image, for example...
The URL for it is: //www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=822231
Take the number, 822231 and format it like this:
[thumb] 822231 [/thumb]
...but without the spaces on either side of the number.
Then, when you click on it...well, you can see for yourself...go ahead, click on the thumbnail below:

Thanks a lot for your comments. I was little hesitant earlier to use manual mode since I was worried about the quality of my image but in recent trip I thought of trying it out. I am planning to take future photos in manual mode only (that will enable me to learn).
Yes you are right, I use photoshop to correct my images (exposure, crop and resize). I think that way the photos are presentable.
Thanks a lot again
