Just a quick check. Is it ok to rotate a picture in basic editing? I don't mean rotation it 90 degrees to go from landscape to portrait. I mean if I held the camera crooked when I took a picture (hypotheticaly speaking of course) can I rotate it slightly to make the horizion level? The rules say you can not stretch or other way distort your picture. I don't think this qualifies as distorting it but I just want to make sure.

Thanks,
Dan

Yes, you can rotate--it isn't stretching or distorting.

I used transform on one of my shots and it was DQ'd. SO do not use transform and then rotate. I am still slapping myself for doing that

I'm not even sure what transform is... (sorry!) But I use the crop tool and do the rotating during the crop process.
