In this case, there were pictures posted. There was a whole challenge Deep DOF I. So in this case, there wasn't much of a reason to miss the proverbial boat. |

Assuming that all was there when the boat went by. Ill give all with wrong posts the benefit of the doubt in that this was a learning experience.

Doesn't matter if you were there when the boat sailed past -- the ships logs are there for everyone to see.
ok, that's a stretch. The thing of it is this: the challenge is Deep DOF II--so that tells you that there was a deep dof I, and you can go look at all entries and especially the winners. Any time there's a number after the challenge, it's a pretty good idea to go do your homework to make sure you're understanding the challenge. |

lol, I was just pointing it out to people who hadn't thought it through. Only because I've had a couple of challenges that I completely misunderstood, entered something that did poorly, and THEN noticed that there just happened to be a number after it.
Then there's the other time where I purposely didn't look because I knew what I was doing and had such a great idea, bombed the challenge, and then looked just to find out that I'd messed up.
It wasn't a "you idiot! do your homework!" it was a "Believe me, you want to do your homework or it may come back to bite you."
