I grew up watching his programs and laughing till my side hurt. Brilliant chef who drank like a fish and was an inspiration to all foodies!

Hi J,
Same here. I loved his Avante Guarde style and Devil May Care attitude. He will be missed but he has left a legacy that few if any Modern Celeb Chefs can match...even those with a seriously foul mouth, if you know who I mean!
