I'm looking for a monopod to bring with me on vacations. I was looking for one that was pretty small and could be carried comfortably. I found this, and I'm curious, does this look any good?

The tabletop tripod feature also seems pretty usefull, and the collapsed size is 9.8 inches, where most of the others are arround 18.
Does anyone have any recomendations for small (inexpensive) monopods?

It might be fine for you, depending on how much camera and lens you plan to mount. I would find the manufacturer's web site (if any), or some other source, and get the specs. That head looks pretty small and may not be strong enough to support your equipment without creeping. Determine the weight of your equipment (camera, lens, flash, etc) and get a monopod that is rated to support that much weight.
