Ok i'm going to sound like a right idiot :)

i've used lightroom since the beginning even used the program that was lightroom before adobe bought it, but when i moved to my mac from pc aperture was there and all ways wanted to give it a try, so had a go and quite liked the intergration and after a while after a few beers decided in my wisdom to move my photos into aperture, now if i'd been slightly sound of mind i would have kept it as a referenced library so the photos would stay as they are untouched but decided like an idiot to move them into an aperture library and delete my lightroom files because there was no room left after the import!

Now fast forward about 4 months and i do quite like aperture but nowhere near as much as lightroom so want to go back, please can somebody help me move it back? I know the files are still there but if i open the aperture library package they are all over the place :( Also if i export how can i get masters and versions into a structure like i have now? What will happen to all my keywords?

Please help!
