I've noticed a few people utilize vanishing points in their entries and usually they are very dramatic.
Here is one of my favorites that use a vanishing point:

Whoa, that WOULD be a long walk if it were fully restored. I'll have to check that out next time I'm in the bay area. Nice shot, btw! :)
