The Weekly Web, An Idea Worth Trying?

There was really no place to post this but I hope I get some good feedback on it. Hello all, my friends and I had an idea for an E-Mail type newsletter. Subscribers to the newsletter would receive one E-Mail a week form "The Weekly Web" On the newsletter there would be creative and conceptual photography links from the internet, interesting topics from all over the web, news articles, fun things, etc. I just thought it would be a great way to create a community on the web. If people found things that they thought would go well in the newsletter, they would E-Mail the newsletter and it might be added to next weeks E-Mail. I was just wondering what people thought about it.

I think it is a great idea...but I would be careful sending it out to everyone on this site without permission from Langdon as it could still be seen as spamming.

I never said anything about sending it out to everyone on the site and spamming them without their permission. If they wish to be a part of the newsletter that's their business right? Thanks for the heads-up though!
