I just got this lens and I really like it. I liked the 50mm but I always felt like it was little too close for me. but the 35mm is perfect fit and I like the close focus and fast speed. awesome lens for 200 bucks...just hope it can take a mild beating...anyone else have this lens??

That is probably going to be the next lens I purchase, Have wanted a 35mm for a long time for the reason you stated, 50mm is a bit close.
