Can anyone explain or direct me to a site where I can find out why photos that I am processing in PS and look great on the screen look faded and colors are off when I print them?

I am not sure if I changed a setting accidently on my printer or in PS but I don't recall this being a problem before.

I am using PS7 and a Canon i860 printer.

Thanks

Great place to go Yahoo Canon Printers
What profile are you using? what kind of paper? Are you soft proofing, to get an idea of what it MAY look like, prior to printing? Is your monitor calibrated? Do you have specific ICC profiles for the printer? (for the i860?)

You can search through this if you are bored.
