| Well, I just did go and suggest a Nude Self-Portrait/Nude Photographer challenge. And why not? Everyone, regardless of age, has at least one body part that looks good nude. |

Just stuck my FS entry in. It is challenge #300 for me. Small potatoes compared to Paul, I know, but still a bit of a milestone.
Oh, and it's gonna suck, scorewise. As I noted in the photographer comments block:
"Well folks, this is my 300th challenge submission, and a Free Study, no less. I looked very hard through my folders to see if I had a surefire 6+, or at least a shot I was pretty sure would hit my average. I didn't have any. And I took LOTS of pictures this month - tons! So then it came down to finding either a) something that would least displease voters (heh!) or b) something that *might* please a handful of voters. I went for the latter, as the score will indicate. (Note that I have a lot of pictures that *I* like this month, just not a lot that would score well here.)"

300 challenges is a pretty amazing landmark, Deb. Not sure I will ever make 200!
I have just realised that there was only one open challenge the other week - how come? Made me think, is there any other goss I missed during my three week absence...? Oh, and I haven't forgotten I owe comments, I shall make a start on Saturday.
Tonight I am taking my youngest out to dinner at the local pub (a bit of a foody one) as it is her 21st today. God, that makes me feel old! |

| Deep DOF was my 325th. It does feel like such an accomplishment. Congrats on number 300 Deb! I've entered way more shots that "I" like compared to what DPC likes. My DDOF was a pandering to DPC and it's slightly over 6. My missed focus was pure me for me and it's at 4.7. |

My Missed focal shot is actually garnering a fair amount of comments. All positive.
But ALL about the title ! None about the photo.
Two of the comments come from fellow suckees.

MY DDOF was for DPC (I thought) and I focused on technical, its under 4.2 now. My Nude, well, its up to 4.3. Guess I been away too long to remember how to shoot/PS for the DPC masses.

Well I certainly consider it a significant accomplishment. Remember I had a multi-year headstart on both of you, and (as my lower average would suggest) I have never hesitated to enter a less-than-sublime shot just to have an entry ... congratulations to both of you! |

| k snaffles, i cant remember whether i responded to your PM about which nude is mine, so ill tell you here. youre wrong! lol. and i have nooooo idea which one is yours, so yeah. lol. im thinking you probably didnt know that i used a male model for my photo rather then myself:) that might have thrown you off the scent a bit |
