I would like to have some simple fold over cards printed with an image on the outside and when the card is opened it is blank for writing thank you notes, invitations and things like that. I would also like to buy envelopes to match the card.
Does anyone know of an affordable source of something like that? I have found several places on-line that do this but they are too expensive to re-sell and make a profit. |

Have you looked at Mpix? I don't know how cost effective it is these days, I used them when I lived in the US, but I wasn't reselling. Also, you have to fold the cards yourself. Envelopes come with. I also tried iPrint.com. They were also quite good and without a logo on the back, but the downside was you couldn't add your own either. I don't remember how cost effective they were though.
There are 100s and 100s of options but as you have found if you want small print runs then they are typically too expensive for reselling. If you look at professional printers then you seem to need print runs of 500+ cards per image for it to be cost effective. I haven't found the perfect solution yet, but these days it's not even an option for me to use a US printer. |

WHCC.com, Moo.com or overnightprints.com. |

Not exactly what you asked for as they do not print the photos on the cards but they offer a superior card stock system that is very easy to use and makes high quality cards with your 3.5x5 or 4x6 prints.
