Updated portfolio - Comments please?

Nikon AF-S Zoom-Nikkor 28-70mm f/2.8D IF-ED

I've been traveling this summer and taking a lot of photos. I've gone through and selected a few (okay more than a few) and uploaded. I'd love to get some comments on some of these. The Tryps set is from my final project at the beginning of the year. It started out as Americana and kind of morphed into Freedom.

The only reason I went is becasue it is SO CHEAP in January. We flew from NYC direct to Shannon airport, stayed 6 nights in our choice of over 2000 bed & breakfasts throughout the country AND had a rental car for the whole week... all of that for $550 per person! No kidding.

We just had to pay for our flight from FL to NY, lunch & dinners & a lot of beer. Keep in mind that it's very cheap because the weather is not great (we were lucky) and there daylight hours are limited. Still, I would highly recommend it! We had a blast.

Actually, I didn't realize you had this thread going. I stumbled on you tripdychs from the recently uploaded pictures tab. Nice tripdych sets. It's nice to see pics I'm familiar with...

I also would like to see the shooting info posted with some of the unusual and night shots. It's a bit of a job once a big batch of photos have been uploaded, but it is good info for beginners like me to study and think about.
It looks like you had a very nice adventure trip of the sort that I love to go on.
