I have noticed that there are some some sitting inside the lens but dont know how to remove them. on top of glass, it is clean but inside glass it is not. Does anyone have any clue?

Send it in to canon, the lens will need disassembled to have it cleaned.

If it *must* be cleaned, then yes, send it to Canon for professional cleaning. But even a quite visible amount of dust will have no perceptible effect on image quality, so I recommend leaving it alone unless it is *so* bad that it actually does affect image quality, or unless the lens needs service for other reasons.

I haven't notice any change the quality but will keep eye on it.

Though they say lens is made so tight that no dust can go in then how come dust went in?

Almost every lens that gets longer or shorter when you focus it sucks in some air when it extends to focus, and along with the air, the dust bunnies go. It's not a big problem usually unless they are on the rear element, and at or close to the center. Don't worry too much unless you notice that your shots are getting less contrasty or no longer as sharp as they used to be with that lens.
