Just a quick question regarding a bootcamp partition on a mac book pro.
I calibrate my monitor on my Mac partition and do most of my photo editing here. But I occasionally need to move these to the windows partition. Do I need to calibrate the windows side ? Or does the calibration done on the mac side affect the whole computer - therefore no need ?
If I do need to calibrate the windows side does it have any effect on the mac side (muck things up)?
I think this has already been asked elsewhere but I can't find the answer.
Can any one running a partition give me advice ?

When the operating system is loaded it needs to load the profile for the monitor. If the profile generated on the MAC partition is readable on the windows partition you should be able to assign it to the monitor when you boot into windows. If it's not readable you'll have to create a new profile on the windows side.

I have two windows partitions and have only calibrated my monitor once but did the assignment twice since it's the OS that needs to know how to render images on the monitor.
