I'm a bit confused. The advert I saw for this camera says it has an Image Stabiliser, yet I've seen no mention of this in any review I've read. Could someone please tell me which is correct?

I've had the 602Z for several months now, and I can confirm that it has no such thing. It is a very good and versatile camera, though. I'm very happy with it.

i'll look at some reviews, since i'm thinking of saving up for the f601z.

You can get a S602 for about $600 US, now that the 602 Pro camera was released. There's no image stabilzer that I know of either.

No image stabalizer . I bought mine for $525, their now under $500. Loads of manual controls. Low light focusing is very difficult, for me that is.
