So, i just erased a background and moved my subject to it's new background and I'm doing the usual clean up and I accidentially spaz out and hit a couple of keys...
and all of a sudden, my masking color has changed to "quick mask red"... Where I could normally see what I was erasing, now is just slapping on red strokes.. I can't even tell you what I did.. Does anyone know how to change this back..
I'm so almost fricken done with this and I just can't believe I did this right now..

NEVERMIND... :-)... I just flattened the layers and then brought it back and pouffffff.. the red was gone.. Now i'm back to happy erasing of old remnents of the old background.. and, hopefully no more spazzing out.. :-) |

Quick mask is just a way of painting on a selection. There is a little box at the bottom left.
ETA: Pressing Q turns it on too.
