Hi Everyone,

I've been working on putting my new site together, some of it is still under construction (i.e. the info link). I was wondering if some of you might be so kind as to take a look and provide me some feedback. Primarily looking to see if there is anything that really bothers you, or you dislike in terms of placement / functionality / look , etc etc.

I was goin for the less is more in the galleries, and had a tough time deciding on imagery, but this is where it's at now:

Thanks for your time...

Looks good, the flash flickered on me as I do have the most recent plugin for Firefox. Another thought is on Music. I too have a flash site and was advised by many to ditch the music. It slows things down and also deters from people looking at it at work because of the music. Just a thought but nice otherwise.

Thanks for checking it out guys.

As for music, I wrestled with not having any, but then I figured if you're gonna go flash...why not? But I think you're right in many ways music can be hit or miss, I think I'll have to find some more "neutral songs" or something less obtrusive.

Thanks Nicholas

Having music on by default will send some people packing (instantly) that might have otherwise stayed (like me). Having music on/available will not keep people at your site that would have otherwise left. Conclusion: music bad!

Absolutely great site! Easy to navigate, professional looking in every sense.

Have to echo these comments, but add, you might want to add more descriptive titles to your pages. Splash screen doesn't have one, and the galleries just has "galleries pages"... suggest you'd want something like "Gallaries Pages - DanRothfeld Photography Inc"... better for search engines... and you'll need as much info in the title, b/c using flash already has you at a disadvantage with the search engines.

Site looks good and loaded fine for me. I didn't hear any music, but have to think that's a good thing :-)

No music no flash with Chrome, but very nicely done and smooth operation.

I decided to shut the music off based on the suggestions...
