I'm wanting to play around with macro a bit, I have a SONY DSC-F707 the macro function is pretty good but I want to go smaller. I have a cannon zoom lens EF 35-80mm 1:4-5.6 III that I want to couple on to my F707. Im wonder what ratio that would give me (1:1, 2:1 etc..). Is there a chart or something where I can find out? Also, I have to get pretty close to the opject I am shooting. Should I get something like a //www.home-electronics-sale.com/g=B00013MRRK.html or //www.home-electronics-sale.com/g=B00004ZCD9.html , so that I do not have to be so close to the opject? Any advice would be great.
Thanks

Maybe check with the Sony site, but I'm not sure if that would help, seeing that they have "discontinued" the camera. I would assume that it would take the same kind accessories as the F717 so you could look at the Sony site under accessories for the F717.
