I'm going with the spaceship dropping circles of death answer given below. His depiction is clear evidence. AND-- circles of death just sounds so cool.

my first answer was that it was sitting still because there was no motion blur.

the second answer is that it was a spaceship

my third answer was that way <---------

It couldn't possibly move at all, because it has no hubs in the wheels.

Hub... there's a word that sounds funny after you say it a few times...

Jejeje, depends on which country you're in, doesn't it?

i thought about it, and this is what makes this question fuzzy.

i am in japan so must be right. if i were in europe, it would be left.

this bus would fail safety regulations because it doesnt have an emergency exit as well. the driver doesnt have a front windscreen to see the road properly, and there are no headlights nor signal lights. the wheels are not connected to the bus, so my answer is, the bus isnt going left nor right. it would just roll off its wheels

The bus has no driver and the wheels aren't attached to the body... that bus isn't goin' anywhere.

Good observations. Also, there's no apparent driver unless he's an invisi-driver. Which seems possible because of the floating nature of the "bus."

My prediction is that it will continue to hover over it's spherical travel units while it steals people's souls and zooms through the solar system.

Left. Having grown up in rural Iowa, I spent K - 9 riding a bus to school. I always entered on the only side of the bus which has a door.

Going away from the viewer.

This is a partial picture showing the rear windows and the tail lights...

I think that it is actually a school boat that has been tossed upside down on to a beach by a storm, so it ain't goin' anywhere.

There is no need to name reasons as there is no right or wrong answer. The bus is going in the direction you want it to go. It's the same with photography, the driver (the artist) want's it to go in one direction, the passenger (the viewer) sees it going in another direction, and there lies the beuty of art.

* Thanks to Paul Martin a.k.a. Ubique for the wonderful metaphore:

The artist is often just the passenger, rather than the driver.

AUUUUUGGGGHHH! [ begins clawing at ears ] Make it stop! MAKE IT STOOOOP! I heard it -- now I can't UN-HEAR IT!!! :P

As for the drawing, my first thought it was a design sketch of the rear of a custom-made high-performance Monster Garage bus (with 6" dual-exhaust). Thus, it's not a question of moving right or left -- it would just move REALLY FAAAAAAASSSSSST.

Wouldn't it be going left then?

Which end is the front? This will determine which direction it's going. Since both ends look the same it could be either. Just because you can't see a door doesn't mean it's going in one direction over the other.

Uh. But on a bus, the door is always opposite the driver's side, and in the United States, the driver's side is always on the left, meaning the door would be on the right, meaning this would be going left.

I appreciate your willingness to show me that the bus would always be traveling forward, but the point I think was to use some context clues to give a specific answer.

great answer , now this will definitely confuse all the terrerist watching this thread. Man this bus can go in both direction, what if we hijacked bus going in wrong direction. These americans are so smart they can do anything for securing their nation. Identical from both sides, now this is clever.

There is no right answer to this. or is it left?

Uh oh - looks like that bus isn't going anywhere...

No no, a bus with two identical ends would be bizarre. Much like Japanese fashion.

Tit for tat. :)
