I agree with what people have been saying about the focus, the light I don't care as much about but I suppose ideally you always want the magic hour glow...

The real thing with the shot I feel is the composition and the framing. I should say first off that I really like the concept behind the shot: you have the bubbles, the flag, the smiling couple, it all tells a story and works.

I just think this is one of those times where if you had that 'jetpack' or a ladder or infinite time to set everything up, you could have improved on the 1) angle, 2) center framing of the girls, and 3) maybe waited for the flag to blow into the composition so that its shape would more perfectly compliment the flow of the image. As it stands, there is a lot of dead space, and it does seem a tad 'snapshot-y'.
