Heard in the news today that the editor of the London Daily Mirror resigned after photos he published turned out to be fabrications!
The newspaper (or fish wrapper to some) also apologized for running the bogus prints.

Something just happened in Boston too.. something about publishing photos of terrible acts in "Iraq" that were actually taken off porn sites!
I have yet to see the news tonight to hear the whole story. :( |

I think we will see more and more of this as time progresses. It does make one wonder though.

Boston Globe editor Martin Baron said photos from porn sites did not meet Globe standards but failed to explain why the Globe ran the photos anyway!
He apologized for the inaccuracy of the pictures but did not elaborate on why the photos were run in several editions. Sounds like they had an axe to grind!
(Wonder if they used Photoshop to 'enhance' the images)
