European union announced a photo contest for photographers from EU Member States or candidate countries or Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway - "Imagine a new world". Based on the judges portfolios, they'll be looking for highly artistic images, not stock-like photos, however I believe the story should be positive, as the contest is part of the European Year of Creativity and Innovation 2009. But the images I see if I think of the new world are not very bright...
