How to edit Photographer's Comments

So obviously I am new to this whole thing and I just cannot figure this out for the life of me. I see users edit their "Photographer's Comments" after a challenge ends (and even during the middle) and such and I am inquiring as to how this is done. Forum searches are not doing it for me and I searched everywhere for an elusive button. Is this something membership provides to you? and if so, this needs to be made clear somewhere

You can edit the details of an image after a challenge by clicking on the image, then under Photograph Information selecting Edit the details of this image.

To add comments during voting, you need to go to My Home->My Portfolio and select the image. This will allow you to add comments (not modify them).

Whether or not you need to be a member, I'm not sure.

Yea, nothing there. I'm going to assume you need to be a member to do this, unfortunately, and wait for someone to confirm this.

edit: okay.. confirmed

I think it would be nice to have all the features laid out, users vs. members so we know what we are missing out on. Also so we do not spend hours looking and searching for a goose who seems to be wild. :|

Yes, you must be a member to edit comments DURING a challenge. After the challenge you can add or edit to your heart's content as either a registered user or a member. Hope that helps!

yes yes, hilarious that I was typing a post while someone already responded, and of course you took too long to post while I already edited... so, I laugh at you

Anyways.. I still cannot edit the "Photographer's Comments" after the challenge as ended, so I guess I will chalk it up to having to be a member.

Open the picture you want to edit. I assume it's the bonsai tree, yes? In full view (not the thumbnail view) you will see the picture, with the box underneath with your current comments in it. To the left of those comments, you have Photograph Information. In THAT box is the option to "Edit the details of this image". Click on the blue lettering, and you should go to a view that allows you to add text to the photographer's comments box, as well as input exif and location information. Let me know if this doesn't work.

OK. That's weird. Sorry 'bout that - I thought that feature was available for everyone after a challenge ended. My bad!
