I have a new Fuji FinePix S7000 camera, and recently purchased a 1GB IBM microdrive for it. I get consistent "write errors" and an occassional "card not initialized" errors. Yes, I have formatted the drive to my camera, and even formatted it in my CF card reader.

Any other ideas??

maybe its a bad micro drive...also have you checked to see if your camera will support a 1 gig micro drive?
