My camera was in the shop for a couple of weeks getting the circuit board fixed, when they called me and told me it was done I zipped right down there and they gave me my camera. I went to turn it on and it wouldn't turn on. I tried a different battery with no luck. I handed it to the clerk and it fired right up for her! She handed it back to me and It wouldn't fire up. We put on the battery grip and tried with no luck, 2 different sets of batteries. Then we put a different battery grip in with no luck. We tried the test grip with a test camera and they worked just fine. We put my grip in the test camera and no luck, then the test camera would not fire up with or without a grip. Has anyone ever heard of a grip shorting out a main board on a camera? They are both in the shop for repair now, i miss my XTI!

| It's your secret superpower doing it. I suggest wrapping your body in nonconductive material before handling any electronics. |
