Man it is amazing, love it,
Those low profile tires cost an arm .. Luckily you don't have to change them twice a year like we do in Canada.

Is there any internal pictures?
Congratulation on the new gem, take good car of it and never drink and drive :) All the best,

I like these cars, but:

Red?

Oooook. It's your car. ;D

Awesome ride. I've always liked that car. If I still lived in SoCal I might be in one myself....

I had a 1986 RX-7. Loved that car. Seriously fun to drive. Enjoy, and go ahead and budget for the first speeding ticket... :-)

You lucky dog! I had a Miata BRG SE. Great car. Always loved the way the RX-8 looked, and this one is a beauty. I expect to see it in the next Blur challenge...!

Not up to your usual standards, art: the hood reflections on the cruiser don't match the reflections on the Mazda... Polish 'er up, dude, polish 'er up.

Jeez, you could have given it a polish before taking pics!

Seriously though, I only give my ickle BRCX a good waxing twice a year now and the rest of the time I use Pro Shine, probably not what you'd think of using on a 'class' car but I swear by it. Its a dry wash system and its takes me 10 minutes to wash and wax my car (though would advise not using it on badly soiled bodywork). I even use it on my alloys now.

I have nothing to do with the company other than being a satisfied customer.

I've always liked the RX-8, you're lucky to find one that's been done up tastefully.

Be careful whizzing that thing around - you don't want to blow your wankel prematurely!

Sorry I couldn't resist... :-p

Geeze, Jan... For some of us, cars are works of art, some of them anyway. It's hard for me to see how one can find fault with that. How do you feel about people who choose an apartment, or a house, because of its beautiful architecture?

Or even buying a photo for it's artistic value (!!).

Looks like a friendly enough car to me, then again we've never been formally introduced.

Nice. I have two Mazda's, but not fancy.
I'll try not to open my car door into it in the parking lot. ;-)

I love my old '97. Nobody messes with a rust-bucket. :-)

Thanks everyone I'll get some interior shots in a bit.

Cutout did a honda attack you or something?

I bought the car because it's something I've always wanted. If I'm going to spend a bunch of my adult life driving I'm going to make it fun! Responsibly of course. Besides I got it for a steal!

Watch yourself with the stealing talk - you could end up like this guy!

beautiful car! havent driven the RX-8 (or even sat in one before T_T)
but the older brother RX-7 is one of the best cornering cars in the market, so i'm sure yours is even better!
i envy you! (congrats) check the engine from time to time, rotaries are known to have high wear n tear.
