I'm taking my family to Yellowstone National Park on Sunday and Monday. I have only been once before, and it has been a while. Does anyone have any advice on how best to plan things so they are accomodating for photography and families?

I say go out of your way to be at wide open places for sunrises & sunsets, and the rest of the time go see cool stuff like geysers and pools that doesn't require dramatic lighting to enjoy.

You reminded me that I passed through Yellowstone in 1982 -- I recently came across the negatives and had them scanned. These are unedited except for resizing -- no time to fix them up right now ...
