Hi All,
I am looking for anyone who lives in or near Ashland, Oregon in the hope that you might be able to help me with a photography project.
I need a photographer to attend a conference for me on Fri, Sept 18 and Sat, Sept 19, 2009. I realise it's some time away yet but I want to ask now as it would be great to get something in place if I can!
Basically I would need someone to photograph the speakers and those attending the conference. The images are going to form part of a very important awareness and fundraising event that will be happening later this year. The photographer would obviously be credited for any images we use but I wouldn't be able to pay you...yeah I know, not really the best way to get someone to help but it's for charity ;) I would consider covering reasonable travel expenses and the actual conference itself and food, accommodation might be a problem if you dont live local enough to travel for both days but at this stage if I can just get an idea of whether there is actually anyone here that could help that would be great!

I'm about 2 1/2 hours away, but the 19th is my birthday. Doh! :) You can search around the users for Oregon people. Grants Pass, Medford are close. Hold on, there's a DPC guy who lives down that way, let me find his name...

Thanks Jason! I'll drop Randall a PM in the morning :)
In an ideal world I would be attending the conference as well but it's too far ahead for me to plan anything as I don't know how well I will be, so, finding someone from here would be cool.
There will be a list of people who are going to have their photos taken as part of the project so in theory someone could just go on one of the days and get an image of everyone on that list...hope that makes sense!
