Hopefully you're all out having a lovely Sunday, but if not and you're stuck behind your computers voting, lol, does anyone know the rules regarding exhibition of candid portraiture? Are we allowed to take a candid, not get a release form, and hang it in an exhibition, or not? I've assumed not, but just wondering if I'm wrong on this? |

this link tells you your rights...

If the photo is taken in a public place and not used for profit it seems you can.
have a read quite interesting.

Hey lisa, you should have looked me up! Lol, thats only a little trip - you get used to all these ridiculous drives when you live halfway between two major cities, although they can be really disgusting when the truckies give you a hard time. I drive 3 hours to pick up good photo paper, lol, and drove 4 hours and back to pick up my new camera, all on the same day. Totally over it, but I have no choice, groan. |
