Hey everyone,

I am trying to upsize a photo in photoshop, and my question is should i upsize to one level(say 11x14) and run neat image and then upsize again to say 16x20 and run it again? Or should I only run it once based off the final size of my shot?

I don't understand why you'd need to run NI at all? Is the image that noisy? If it is noisy, then run NI prior to any upsampling.
